Ensuring that we provide you with a highly-qualified Realtor is important to us. That’s why each of our referral agents are designated among the finest in their local market, and must undergo a multi-step selection and certification process before becoming a Cause Broker:
Cause Brokers draws candidates from regional lists of top-performing agents (based list price to selling price ratio; list to sold ratio; and transactions closed). Preference is given to experienced agents who have received awards and additional certifications/designations.
Candidates must operate as full-time real estate agents, work for nationally-recognized brands, and subscribe to the strict code of ethics set forth by the National Association of REALTORS.
In order to find prompt, customer-oriented agents, we vet each candidate’s website to determine their response time to inquiries, check for resume inaccuracies, and become more familiar with their personality.
Cause Brokers reviews each candidate’s license history to ensure past, and current, good standing.
Promising candidates are interviewed to further screen their ability to offer elite representation.
Only 10% of candidates are certified as Cause Broker Referral Agents. Those selected receive a letter informing them of their selection and affirming their commitment to our high standards.
